2023年研討會第三號通知

各位敬愛的老師、學生及各界同仁，您們好：
2023年魚類學會研討會將於下週二展開序幕，以下幾點注意事項宣導。
(1)為共同響應環保，請自行攜帶環保筷、杯子，會場不提供。
(2)接駁巴士9:15及9:35於西子灣捷運站2號出口發車往會場，請多加利用。
(3)8/22 (二)上午9:30於國立中山大學 海洋科學學院3樓 MA3021演講廳報到，10:00準時開幕。
(4)簽到後務必確認領取收據，現場可以補繳相關費用。
(5)如未回傳繳費收據給學會，請當天攜帶繳費收據或電子檔，以便開立收據。
【口頭發表及競賽請注意】報到後請至自己的演講教室繳交簡報給工作人員。講者敬請提早入席。
【海報發表及競賽請注意】海報張貼時間為活動當天9:00-10:00，請依附表確認自己的編號張貼並於下午16:30前取回；現場提供釘槍及雙面膠。

Dear participants,
We would like to inform you that the Conference of the Ichthyological Society of Taiwan is scheduled to take place next Tuesday. Kindly take note of the following important details:
(1)Personal Cutlery: In line with our commitment to environmental conservation, we kindly request all attendees to bring their own cutleries (such as chopsticks, spoons, forks, and cups) for use during the conference.
(2)Shuttle Service: For your convenience, a shuttle bus service will be available at Exit 2 of Sizihwan MRT station. The shuttle buses will depart at 9:15 a.m. and 9:35 a.m.
(3)Registration: The registration will start from 09:30 am outside room MA3021. The conference opening is scheduled to commence at 10:00 am in room MA3021.
(4)Registration fee invoice will be available after finished your registration.
(5)Participants who have paid their registration fee, but haven’t provided their payment certificate are kindly requested to show the certificate in order to facilitate the registration
【Notice: Oral presentation (competing and non-competing)】
After registration, all speakers are kindly requested to submit your PowerPoint (PPT) files to the staff in the room of your presentation. Please be aware that all speakers have to arrive the room of your presentation well before your talk.
【Notice: Poster presentation (competing and non-competing)】
The time for poster installation is from 9:00 am to 10:00 am. Please place your poster on the assigned poster board, following the number assigned to your presentation. A nail gun and tape will be available.
We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines, which will contribute to the overall success of the event.
